►Major Greek bank
Nikolas led the requirements analysis and he is involved in the implementation of Planning, Budgeting and Profitability and Cost Management System in a major Greek bank. He has also supported the Finance Division during the roll-out of a new Data Mart based on the Netezza appliance and BusinessObjects. He participated in the formulation of BI requirements, complex report design, project management, UAT and the establishment of information management processes and roles
►Enterprise Performance Management
Nikolas has participated in the conceptual design and the implementation of budgeting, forecasting, costing, consolidation and KPI reporting systems in the Banking, Manufacturing and Shipping sectors. He has experience in a variety of tools including Hyperion Planning, Financial Management and Strategic Finance.
►ERP consulting experience
Nikolas participated in the requirements analysis and the project management of two ERP implementations in manufacturing and publishing corporations. He also supported the vendor selection process for a SAP ERP upgrade in a natural gas undertaking and the definition of user roles and authorizations in a manufacturing corporation
►Business Process Modelling experience
Nikolas led or participated in modelling, simulating, analyzing, improving and publishing the business processes of several private and public sector’s organizations with a variety of modelling tools including ARIS and Casewise.
►Greek natural gas supply corporation
Nikolas participated in the design of a costing and managerial accounting system facilitating the unbundling of accounts dictated by European regulations. He supported the conceptual design, the definition of SAP functional specifications and the formulation of cost allocation methods for natural gas and for transmission/ distribution services. He also supported the authoring of procurement and project management regulations
►Nikolas was a research associate in the National Technical University of Athens participated in research projects in the domains of enterprise modeling, e-commerce and e-learning, he implemented web applications and content management systems, he lectured on business process simulation and supervised various thesis. He was also responsible for the setup and the management of a collaborative modelling environment with ARIS, ADONIS & Sybase Power Designer
