If you’re interested in becoming an MIT Enterprise Forum Greece mentor, please email to [email protected] with your stated interest and relevant experience or apply to the judging platform and mention your interest to become a mentor.

 

Mentoring is a rewarding experience that will see you helping a young entrepreneurial team through the challenges and hurdles of starting a new venture. 

 

We wish to engage dynamic associates who are either:

  • A successful entrepreneur
  • An investor, partner at a venture capital firm, or an angel investor
  • An experienced academic or business person

 

Skills needed for mentors: 

  • Strong assessment skills
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Strong interpersonal/communication skills
  • Ability to work as a member of a team
  • Knowledge of award criteria and selection process

 

What is required from each mentor:

  • To provide unbiased guidance
  • To bounce ideas off
  • To provide strategic support and thinking
  • To help the entrepreneur to prioritise
  • To build and grow Start up’s network
  • To be committed to assigned entrepreneur during the mentorship phase
