Alexandros’ main focus is in the area of contentious and non-contentious intellectual property and information technology law. A substantial proportion of his experience lies in advising on the creation, protection and exploitation of trademarks, patents, copyright, database rights and know-how. He has also handled the IP and IT aspects of mergers, acquisitions, disposals and joint ventures, in particular advising on the transfer of information technology and intellectual property rights, and of licensing and franchising agreements. Alexandros has pursued and defended claims arising in relation to copyright, trademarks, unfair competition, industrial designs and patents.
