Eirini focuses on Intellectual Property and Personal Data Protection Law. Eirini has deep knowledge and extensive experience in contentious and non-contentious intellectual property, as well as in media law and advertising. Eirini advises clients on digital marketing campaigns and social media and represents clients before the Greek civil courts (Court of First Instance and Court of Appeals) on issues relating to advertising, unfair competition, trademark infringement, and software piracy.

 

Eirini is an external IP expert for EIPA Luxembourg in training seminars in European Intellectual Property Law in Serbia. In addition, she regularly delivers legal workshops and seminars to startups.

 

Eirini is a member of the German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (GRUR)
